Ridstar Turning Handle Throttle (two keys included)

Ridstar has the worst customer service. There is no phone number, the only way to get a hold of someone is through chat, which takes them about three days to respond. Their website goes down. They don’t have enough products in stock. To order something takes forever. The throttle on my bike just suddenly broke. There no tutorials how to fix it. In order to get the throttle off, you need a ridiculously small tool Which was not provided. Their batteries are expensive you can get them about $100 off if you buy them on Amazon. I wish I could just fix my bike, but I have to wait until they renew their inventory which who knows when that will be.
