Pre-Sale Products and Shipping Delays

For pre-sale products, please be aware that the estimated shipping time provided may be subject to delays due to unforeseeable logistics issues. These delays may result in a later shipping date than initially anticipated.

We typically process your order within 3 working days. Any important messages related to your order will be communicated to you via email.

 

Free Shipping

Enjoy free shipping on all orders from Ridstar Store. We aim to ship products from our local warehouses, ensuring both free shipping and tax-free benefits.

 

Delivery Time

US courier:

E-Bike: DPD / UPS (Delivery takes 2-7 business days)
Other Accessories or Battery: YunExpress / DHL / UPS (Usually shipped from China warehouse, takes 10-30 days for delivery)

EU courier:
E-Bike: DPD / UPS (Delivery takes 2-10 business days)
Other Accessories or Battery: YunExpress / DHL / UPS (Usually shipped from China warehouse, takes 15-30 days for delivery)

 

Delivery Addresses

It is of utmost importance that you provide us with a complete and accurate shipping address. Once your shipment is prepared or orders are shipped, address changes are not possible. In cases where a package is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we will contact you immediately for address correction. Please be aware that re-shipment of your package may incur additional shipping fees. Additionally, it is recommended that you provide a daytime telephone number with every order. In some instances, packages may be returned to Ridstar as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to Ridstar, please contact Ridstar customer service to arrange re-shipment.

 

 

Delivery Tracking

Delivery tracking is available for all orders of our products. To track your delivery, simply enter your order number (provided in your order confirmation email) into our delivery service provider's website here: https://www.17track.net/.

 

Receipt and Signature

For all deliveries, a personal signature is required at the delivery address. Our delivery service provider will notify you in advance of any delivery requiring a signature.

 

Additional Delivery Attempts

If an initial delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our delivery service provider will make at least one more attempt to deliver the products in your order.

 

Product Collection

If your products remain undelivered despite multiple delivery attempts, the delivery service provider will leave a card at your address with instructions on how to collect your products, along with a time limit for collection.
