Ridstar Controller

Plugged the controller in and five minutes later the wiring harness spontaneously combusted and the wiring was so hot it melted the plastic housing off. If I had not been standing close by, it could have burned my house down. These products are junk. Spend the extra money to buy a bike that can be services locally with readily available parts.

They responded quickly and sent the product quickly. The product meets the requirements. I am very satisfied
